As a third-year International Relations and Communications student at HUFLIT, I have built hands-on experience in event coordination, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration through various university and external projects. Working with organizing committees, media teams, and external partners has strengthened my ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

EVENT VOLUNTEER at CANADIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE VIETNAM

• Supported the execution of corporate and international community events, including Canadian Logistics Event Vietnam, Crystal Ball 2024, and Canada Day 2025.
• Assisted in logistics, registration, and on-site coordination, ensuring smooth program flow and professional guest experience.

EXTERNAL RELATIONS MEMBER at ECO VIETNAM GROUP / NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION

• Coordinated communication between organizing teams and external partners.
• Supported planning and logistics for student workshops and international exchange activities.
• Assisted in coordinating a Singapore cultural exchange delegation, supporting program logistics and cross-cultural engagement.

ORGANIZING COMMITTEE MEMBER at HUFLIT MICs / UNIVERSITY CLUB

• Supported external relations and event coordination for the musical Xóm Tết 2, which attracted over 400 students across Ho Chi Minh City.
• Contributed to the Communications Team and event promotion for Head to the Spotlight, a city-wide competition.
• Assisted in organizing Voice Up 3 Talkshow, contributing to content preparation and communication execution.
• Coordinated timelines and task assignments among organizing committee members.
• Prepared event documents and operational materials before program execution.
