Warehouse Managing
Oversee and lead 3M logistics operations across South Africa, while collaborating with global teams on project support and execution.
Facilitating collaboration strategies across diverse stakeholder groups through daily global Microsoft Teams engagements.
Ensuring operational alignment with our 3M Global logistics goals.
Metrics and KPI management.
Ensuring SLA adherence by 3PL Teams
Performance Management.
Outbound Management - Ontime shipments monitoring and mitigation of overdue deliveries and aligning stakeholders.

Returns Management and discrepancies reductions.

Cost monitoring and management across the logistics operation.
