Assisting Field Managers with placing orders. Telesales calls to stores as and when required. Ensure accurate and accessible record keeping of orders by filing orders. Breakdown and Analyze sales reports and communicate status with field managers.
Feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests. Ensure professional and value adding Customer-Consumer service. Ensure appropriate sms/e-mail/phone calls sent to field staff to communicate support or trade related issues.
Ensure that standardized promo grids and innovation trackers are compiled and sent to client. Ensure that price surveys are conducted, and results are populated on the system to be forwarded to the client. Ensure new financial year store business plan contracts are signed and filed.
Ensure all business plan payments are made, invoices and expense forms submitted to finance. Conduct 10 trade visits per month with field managers. Regional operations Budget management and tracking.
