1. Ensuring that the master data between buyer and supplier is aligned, such as product code, barcodes, pack sizes, item description, delisting’s
2. Monitoring daily invoice and order exception reports
3. Verifying items on Google if needed
4. Following up with the clients on the service level that they received as well as the order platform they are placing their orders from
5. Ensuring that all reports have gone through quality assurance check before it goes out to the client on a weekly bases
6. Logging support tickets via a retail portal to ensure that the correct data is being updated for future orders
7. Maintaining various weekly and monthly reports on a service level as well as for billing purposes
8. Logging external support call with the internal Help desk support team.
