I’m a Workforce Management and HRIS professional with experience in supporting large, high-volume retail environments. I currently work at TFG, where I focus on workforce forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and system support across tools like Oracle HCM, Ceridian Dayforce, and Kronos.
In my roles, I’ve worked across real-time workforce management, data accuracy, system configuration, and supporting HR, payroll, and operations teams to improve efficiency and decision-making. I also have experience in HRIS support, including troubleshooting, testing, and data validation.
I’m now looking for a mid-level role where I can continue building my expertise in workforce management and HR systems, especially in environments where I can combine operations, data, and systems support.
I have experience working within Workforce Management and HRIS support roles in a large enterprise retail organisation.
My experience includes workforce forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time workforce management to support operational targets. I have also worked with systems such as Oracle HCM/Fusion, Ceridian Dayforce, and Kronos, supporting configuration, data validation, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
In addition, I have been involved in user acceptance testing (UAT), system support, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate workforce data and efficient system performance.
