We live in a world where solutions are every part of our lives. There is no situation or experience we encounter in life and does not want a solution.
There I am in my early 20’s wanting so much to make life an automatic space for everyone, must everything be done manually? Imagine if everything was automated, how much money, time and resources we could save?
I studied IT & Computer Sciences to be a part of the world greatest solution. Now, WFM, how does it incorporate to me being part of the solution? There is absolutely no way we are going to automate without Systems in place, employee, Workforce Management Systems and without HR.
With my 4-5years of experience and skills in the HR space, great KRONOS experience, UKG Dimensions, Access Control (Morpho Manager, Saflec, In-Touch Devices), a little bit of SAP and Time and Attendance as a whole, I find myself being part of the greatest solutions to be ever implemented.
I believe I am a great fit for this position to come and showcase my skills and worth ethic to assist in the day to day activities effectively, increase in productivity and learn with and from others as well. I am a people’s person and took it upon myself to be on track with a person as whole hence my certifications in Design Thinking and Emotional Intelligence, just to name a few.

I started as young professional at Altron in July 2019. What a time to be alive, the experience was amaxing, the learning never stopped, I saw clients, learned how to configure systems, troubleshoot, implement, maintain, communicate, migrate systems and train/facilitate trainings on the time and attendance systems. I got to understand Manufacturing, health sector, retail, food/restaurants time and attendance systems better.
All these industries differ greatly in terms of working hours, conditions, rules and the language in genera.
In May 2021 I joined LabourGenie.Net that is where my great skills of Access Control developed, in working with the Time and Attendance Systems I learnt how to incorporate the punching devices in to the main system for calculating hours and how this information is transferred to the systems. A great knowledge of interfaces started to grow and then became broader. I continued to work with different clients and industries too.
September 2022, I started with CHEP. My decision for doing this was to become part of the staff/employees, to understand their challenges and their wins as the main people that use the system. Troubleshooting cases, manufacturing side of the system, working hours, productivity level, managing hours and how well or poor do the employees respond to the system.
My most relevant education will be my Higher certificate in IT & Information Systems, my Kronos and UKG certifications/Modules.
