I am currently working as a Regional Human Resource Information Analyst for Bollore Transport and Logistics. Managing 26 countries. SAREG and EAREG. I joined the company on 21 June 2021 to date. I am passionate about keeping up to date with reports, Data analysis, employee attendance, leave management, conducting Year-End employee appraisals and bonuses, Data cleaning, and well flow of information to the company. I am dedicated to working in a dynamic company and working with different cultures.

As a Regional HRIS with 9 years of experience in the HR department, finance, and payroll, I, therefore gained great experience in managing over 30 Eastern and Southern African countries, I can add value in directing the organization to its realized objectives in terms of data management, advanced excel knowledge, encouraging POPIA application to the business, dashboard, exit interview, HRIS documents/ reports, system implementation inputs, provision and maintaining of Headcount reports, advocating the south African Act namely: BCEA, EE, HQSE, maintaining salary benchmarking, job matching, salary survey data submission, submission of the financial IFC employee benefits reporting to Paris Stock exchange, providing different stats report and developing trackers or any reports for easy department use, employee management, maintaining KPIs, payroll monitoring tool, and any other HR related Adhocs.
