I have worked in Customer service for over 5 years.
I worked as a chef, hostess, waitron and reservationist in the hospitality industry dealing with customers directly.
I have also worked in a call center where I was also able to study Human Resource Management while working, I worked in Customer Service as an Agent, and I worked as an assistant to my Manager and HR, I have also occupied the role of QA within the company, rotational amongst us qualified candidates I did that for 8 months, and I did all the documentation and over see agents when managers aren't on site or busy.
