I am Andries Molaudi Masweu, I have 27 years work experience in mining industry with truck & shovel, Draglines, Drill & blast experience. I'm a confident, ambitious and energetic individual with a passion to make a difference. I believe in strong moral values and a balanced life is important for family, personal and career success.

I'm personally driven by challenges, being organised. Preparedness is reflected in my everyday work and my personal life. I naturally follow rules. I prefer structure even though I am an adventurous person in nature.

Lastly, I adapt very easily and always eager to learn and perform well under pressure.
