I have a diploma in hospitality management and a diplome in Culinary arts with this I have alot of knowledge for the industry. I have been in the industry for 10yrs- 7 of which I was a Catering Manager, this allowed me to gain the experience I have today and has only improved my knowlegde and skills I am capable of.
The previous company i worked as a Catering Manager was Feedem Group for 7years
I started studying Hospitality management at Capsicum culinary in 2010 and completed my diploma in 2013 and then started as a chef in the industry, while working as a chef I went and studied culinary arts at Prue Leith, part time and completed the diploma in 2015.
