I was responsible for managing THEMBELIHLE VILLAGE, a residential property with a capacity of 736 units. From May 2026 to October 2026, I was additionally appointed to manage Inkululeko Centre, a residential property with a capacity of 88 units, while continuing to operate under the same company This experience has strengthen my ability to manage multiple properties, coordinate staff, address tenant and operational matters, monitor property maintenance and security , and ensure effective day to day property management.
