I am a Human Resource graduate currently furthering my studies in Advanced Human Resource Management. I have been in the HR Generalist for 2 years going to three, I was employed as an HR Intern, experienced as an Office Administration and currently employed as an HR Administrator.
My skills consist of hybrid working, basic payroll admin, recruitment, selection and onboarding and exit processes, talent acquisition and retention, resources KPIs and telephone etiquette.
Recruitment, selection, onboarding, HR administrating, payroll administration, exit processes, assisting other departments with admin, KPIs, coordinating HR activities, minimal of labour relations, weekly HR reporting, UIF forms administration, coordinating with the HR Manager, Officer and business partner making sure that all HR policies and procedures are up to date.
I hold a diploma in Human Resource Management, pursuing my advanced diploma in Human Resource Management both from Tshwane University of Technology, I hold a Payroll certificate from Sage and Human Resources Fundamentals ceritifacate from Alison
