I write this letter in attempt to introduce myself, as a prospective employee. I am of the belief that I hold many of the characteristics and values, which will aid me in being an asset to your company.
Diligence and determination, combined with a will for success, is how I approach every endeavour. I rise to challenges appropriately, often going over and beyond expectations and always working extremely well under pressure. I am also, loyal trustworthy and committed, being of the ability to interact well with varying personalities regarding both colleagues and peers.
I seek to find a placement, wherein I may further develop my life’s experience, and add value to the workplace with my 27 years of experience and expertise in the Payroll, HR and IR environment. While my main focus of interests rest within the HR, IR and Payroll environment, I would look on any suitable placement as an opportunity to put to use my abilities and be successful at it.
I am highly skilled in my field of expertise, being in HR and Payroll for a total of twenty-five years. It is after all, good skills and talent that gets the job done to perfection and not a piece of paper. I have a strong grasp of the BCEA and LRA. I have represented companies at the CCMA and have not to this day lost a single conciliation or arbitration case. I am registered as an HR Manager and Practitioner with the SABPP and have a level six qualification in Human Resources.

Being of service to others and problem solving is my passion. Not much can be judged in a letter, but, I believe everything can be judged in person. So please afford me the opportunity to meet with you.
