I am writing to express my interest in the position within the advertised position. As part of my program, I have completed core public Information Technology job as well as Networking and programming languages.
My goal is to secure a fellowship in InformationTechnology. I believe that this position will be invaluable in helping me develop a deeper understanding of the complex dynamics that drive the technologies.
I worked for 12 months as an IT Technician for Gauteng Department of Education. This position provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with technicians, users who were logging calls for help. My experience in aligning the motivations of various stakeholders and executing projects in high-stress situations has helped me to foster a strong skill set that will translate well in a Information Technology role. I am eager to apply the lessons I’ve learned.
