I've worked in the hotel, hospitality and cruise industries for a combined total of 20+ years. I'm passionate about customer service and guest/client satisfaction, but I strongly believe that employees are a company's most important asset, and investing in employee growth and well-being promotes a positive working environment, which in turn generates good internal and external customer service.
I have experience in guest services, administration and finance, and have worked in the hotel/cruise and hospitality industries for the majority of my professional life. I have also branched out into the Aesthetics industry. I believe in continuous improvement by constantly learning and gaining knowledge and experience. No-one is ever too old to learn, and we can never know it all, so a willingness to learn is crucial.
