Counter and Dispensary sales at Medix Pharmacy (2014-02 – 2018-03)

My responsibilities consisted of assisting customers with over the counter and dispensary sales for both in person sales and deliveries as well as maintaining the stock display arrangements.

Front shop manager at Medix Pharmacy (2018-03 – 2024-04)

My responsibilities consisted of managing the day-to-day levels of stock and ordering of stock, client orders and deliveries, managing the front shop team to ensure customer satisfaction which also includes dealing with customer complaints as well as daily cash ups at the end of each day.

My responsibilities consisted of managing the day-to-day levels of stock, ordering and invoicing of stock, ensuring that all supplier invoices balance and that the correct mark-ups are allocated to each product, client orders and deliveries, managing the front shop team to ensure customer satisfaction which also includes dealing with customer complaints as well as daily cash ups at the end of each day.
