Prioritize and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive
Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Organize company events, board meetings, or off-site retreats
Prepare travel expense reports and manage reimbursements
Ensure smooth execution of travel plans, including last-minute changes
Assist in the execution of strategic projects
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Act as a gatekeeper to the executive, managing access and information flow
Represent the executive in a professional manner in all interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom, Teams)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
High level of discretion and confidentiality
