I served in the Military for 18 years in training environment with Human resources and administration as key roles. Then joined Mahindra South Africa Head Office the as Receptionist whereafter my potential was recognised and utilised as a claims administration just after 2weeks of joining the team. I have a passion for helping people and work well as part of a team and able to work independantly with little to know supervision. I am goal driven and appreciate new challenges. Deadlines are easily met as time management comes easy. Billingual english and afrikaans. Computer literate and good management,communication written and verbal skills. Adapt easily to change and accept challenges I might come accross. I am coachable and a fast learner when required to reach organisational objectives.
I have 18 years adminstration experience in public sector and 1 year in private sector. Human resources experience and PERSOL qualified.
Diploma in ODETP. Advanced certificate in human resources and N5 computer literacy. N4 Business management with ICDL
