Currently I am employed as a Service Advisor at the CMH Ford Group.

I have attended Service Advisor training programs and possess the following skills: car service bookings, creation of job cards, service costing, warranties, claims and computer programs including Servis 2, Automate, Evolve BSI and MS packages. I also have excellent customer service qualities and maintain an excellent relationship with my current customers at Ford. I am a hard working individual whom accomplishes and exceeds my sales targets on a monthly basis.

Some of my personal qualities include honesty, punctuality, enthusiastic, good leader, flexibility and always presentable.

I am seeking a better opportunity in order to build my career.
