I am a 27 year old chef who resides in Pretoria Gauteng who currently works as a consultant chef. My role includes planning menus, developing recipes and dishes as well as private chef work & mass catering. I am passionate about food and most importantly, the ability to learn more about food and how we can interact with it.
I am classically French trained as well as possessing skills in Asian Cuisine preparation and cooking. I pride myself in being a team player and ensuring the work is done well.
My combined years of experience currently sits at 3 years with the highest kitchen position I have held being Sous Chef and the Koi Group
I possess a Matric Certificate and a higher education certificate in Culinary cooking arts from Steyn’s Culinary School
