Oversee accounting systems close off, Manage admin systems, Custodian Sage VIP Payroll , Custodian of Syspro, for timeous and accurate service to the company. Manage and co- ordinate service providers and stakeholders, Cash book and reconciliation, cash flow projections, payroll, statutory returns, management accounts, budgeting+ forecasting overview and preparation, costing, manufacturing jobs, & OPEX, CAPEX – FAR control, Foreign exchange, AP, AR, Management employee benefit fund schemes, annual returns(EMP501,I-TAX, COIDA,) external audit, Verify monthly income statement, balance sheet and compile monthly reports (with actual vs budget analysis), Maintain unit financial procedures, Train employees on accounting systems, policies and procedures, stock control. Manage internal financial authorisations, strategy driven with impact on systems /results and audits.
IFRS/GAAP monthly, quarterly Fin Pack, Drive performance with EXCO, optimize cash flow, and improve the financial position. Foreign inward and out ward processing.
Accounting background with all end to end understanding of processes independent risk reviews CIMA background and act as all round advisor to business practices
