I have been a chef for 20 years, with experience spanding from 5 star hotels to award winning steak house restaurants, and also specializing in pastry, I do believe I have the experience and drive for the position, I have also worked in UK at a 2 rosette hotel for 1 year as pastry chef and sous chef and do love the structure and professionalism in european establishments, and every establishment I have worked at I always look at what I can learn from that establishment to help me grow in my career so I can use that to be the best I can be.
I studied culinary arts and received a City and guilds diploma i culinary arts and also did pastry and advanced diploma
