Analytics Officer o As part of the Analytics department at an Insolvency Practice, I was tasked with maintaining controls and compliance with customers accounts over the term of their arrangements.
o This includes facilitating and managing a process where creditors agree to writing off a portion of our clients debts, subject to laws and regulations. Our clients, regulators and creditors were based mainly in the United Kingdom.
o The drafting of annual reports which summarize client compliance with their contracts and distributuon of funds.
o Case reviews, which consisted of a thorough analysis of financial documentation to determine the feasibility of a client's case based on guidelines and standards.
o Determining and authorizing necessary changes to clients payments.
o Providing front line support to new business partnerships with the Analytics team.
o Co-ordination across various internal departments with vastly different expertise.
o Working across many different software systems simultaneously.
o Extreme attention to detail o Thorough knowledge of the regulations and laws surrounding the insolvency practice both locally and in the UK.
o Ability to co-ordinate and collaborate internally and externally.
o Flexibility to move from one campaign to the next and quickly master new systems.
