Hard working and Self-motivated graduate with a BA Hons in Geography and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Geography (GIS, Remote Sensing and Energy Technology) from the University of Johannesburg. Seeking to secure an entry-level and/or intermediate job position to utilize my current knowledge effectively and further develop my skills, while gaining valuable working experience in a practical and fast-paced environment.

My experience of working as GIS Technocian in Southern mapping, A Woolpert company (2021), Working for UJ volunteering at UJ as a student admin assistant (2020),Community Engagement (2017-2018) and working as a data capture under Bongani Rainmaker (2019) to mention a few, havetaught me the importance of working well individually and with others under given instructions. The above-mentioned strengths, together with my academic practical conducted both in undergraduate and postgraduate level will help me to be productive in the orginisation. I have experience in GIS and Remote Sensing using various software such as ArcGIS products, Global mapper, MicroStation, LAStools, QGIS and ERDAS to mention a few.

Also, I am enrolled online for Automation for IT and Python certificate with one of thebest institutions offering online certificate (Cousera) and wish to integrate both these disciplines as I advance my career.

I have a basic experience in data analysis software namely Microsoft Excel, SQL, SPSS, R, and Python. Moreover, I have participated in various practical in soil science (Pedography and Biogeography) and even achieved a top ten student certificate.I believe I can use these skills best in the assigned department ofthe company by working efficiently on daily basis as I meet requirements.
