I have over 20 years payroll experience and I have been employed at leading companies where I have carried out the payroll function for over 3000 employees. I have extensive VIP experience. Currently I am dealing with expats from Japan and France but also have previous experience with Middle East, Namibia and Zimbabwe payrolls. I have worked on VIP Premier for 18 years and our company migrated to Sage People 300 in 2022. I also have a Payroll Administration Services Diploma.

Administration and Maintenance of the payroll system for 500 employees.
Managing the expat payrolls – Japan (7 Companies) Days out of South Africa reconciliations and submissions (Tax Refunds).
Processing new engagements, terminations and monthly input.
Attending to all queries related to payroll.
Controlling payroll administration, third party payments and reconciliations.
Preparing, submitting and reconciling the General Ledger.
Administration of Medical Aid and Provident Fund.
Payroll Reporting in order to meet internal and statutory obligations.
Preparing monthly manual Journals and submitting to finance.
Preparing and submitting monthly salary costs to Line Managers.
Preparing and submitting Japanese Expat invoices.
Administration and maintenance of Employee Self Service System online.
Administration and maintenance of Infoslips.
Auditing monthly claims and overtime on Employee Self Service.
Continuously improve processes, procedures and systems.
Carrying out the Financial Year End reconciliation.
Tax Year End reconciliation and submissions.
Month end consolidations.
WCA Return Submissions.
