Troubleshoot firewalls printers and wireless networks
Knowledge of products and services available to LAN/WAN systems Software installation
Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usa- bility.
Repairing or replacing damaged software.
Installing and upgrading antivirus software to ensure security at the user level.
Performing tests and evaluations of new hardware and software Providing support to users |first point of contact for error reporting. Installing and configuring computer hardware,software, systems networks, printers, scanners.
