I have vast experience in multi-disciplined projects and shutdowns, I understand plant integration, interfacing, and commissioning. I understand all aspects of the concept and plan which allows me to become aware of any potential problems that could occur while implementing and execution of works. This allows me to determine if, after considering all significant factors, whether the start-up is eminent or to problem solve any issues which may arise. Being an experienced individual gives me knowledge of Execution to Commissioning phases of the project life cycle.

• Proactively assist PCM managing efforts of planning to establish the most time and cost-effective methods of erection and convert that to make a programmed model.
• My role includes schedule development, resource planning, schedule, and reporting updates as well as delay analysis for extension of time claims.
• To development the overall baseline programme in accordance with the contract. (This should include baseline programme capable of acceptance with, Main milestone indicator (MMI), Network precedence with critical paths, level 2 roll up schedules, level 3 working control schedule for procurement, fabrication and construction and level 6 detail schedule for construction)
• Monitor actual job progress, comparebaseline, and reportprogress against schedule.
• Tracking delaysto the overall schedule and raise potentialimpacts on the critical path to commercial team.
• Development and maintaining of interface/variation registers.
• Forecasting the impacts on scheduleof proposed changes.
• Manage fabrication and construction (mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation) and commissioning.
• To develop working controlsschedules (level 6) for day-to-day activities for area /units under control
• Attend management, project team and customer meetings as requested.
• The development and maintaining of integrated progressreporting system includingschedules, KPI’s, S-Curve,table, and milestones.
• Interact with discipline leads to obtainprogramme updates.
• Perform general Planning & scheduling task that the PCM may direct.
• Commodity tracking i.e., Concrete, Tonnage and WDI S-Curve tracking.
• The S Curves are actual progress against planned is distributed weekly to the client, with a notice of any delays affecting progress.
• Weekly & Daily compressor schedule updates.
• Schedule updating weekly & daily to be submitted to client.
• The shutdown is tracked per shift and progress submitted to the client in daily meetings with S-Curve.
• Tracking and S-Curve updates submitted at daily shutdown meeting.
• T/A Shutdown schedule, WDI Tracking Sheet and WDIS-Curve.
• Schedule tracking and updates Progress monitoring.
• Re-baseline the schedule for additional scope, EOT’s and Approvals.
• Prepare detailed baseline schedules using MS Projects and P6 to suite the client’s requirements.
• Provide progress reports (Weekly & Monthly) to Project Management; analyse schedules on a weekly basis, paying close attention to Critical activities and inform Project Management of potential project slippages. 
• Advise project management on possible corrective action to ensure that key dates are adhered to.
