I am currently working at the Limpopo Department of Health at Maphutha L Malatji Hospital as an Experiential Trainee. I am currently having 16 Months work experience on Revenue and Patient Administration. I have computer literate skills and also have good communication skills both written and verbal.

I have knowledge in Debt pack Enquiry application also have knowledge in Hospitals switchboard systems. I also have knowledge in identifying and prevent financial risks by adhering to policies and procedures. I have good interpersonal and communication skills.

I am able to work with a team. I have knowledge in BATHIO PELE Principles. I have knowledge of Revenue Procedure Manual, IBAchis system, Capturing patients information on PHIS/DHIS and maintain other required Health information in the relevant information system in accordance with the Department policy.

I have knowledge of ICD10 and CPT codes and capturing each diagnosis against each patient.

• Capturing of patients information on PHIS/DHIS and maintain any other required health information in the relevant information system in accordance with the Department Policy.
• Maintain patients appointments and schedule them correctly.
• Manage movement of patients files.
• Perform inter-wards and inter-hospital patients transfer.
• Ensure ICD10 codes are captured for each diagnosis against each patient.
• Ensure an effective discharge process per Patient Administration Manual.
• Perform cashier duties
• Regularization of manual receipts
• Prepare face-value book for Banking
• Requesting BAS reports
