I'm a 24 year old female currently residing in Cape Town, South Africa. I am a customer service representative under the campaign British Airways for almost 2 years now. This is the first job where I gained insight into aviation and the travel industry.
I also previously studied at University of the Western Cape and majored in psychology through a 3 year degree. I prefer interacting with people face to face rather than through a screen or a call as I finf it more rewarding personally and professionally.
I worked in retail part time during my studies and went full time during covid as my studies switched to an online based platform. From 2019 till 2021, I've been in retail as a sales associate at TFG and as a toll operate at woolworths. I joined Capita in July 2021 and I've been here ever since under the British Airways campaign assisting with flight reservations, customer queries, etc.
I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the university of the Western Cape. This was a 3 year course with my graduation being delayed due to covid. I majored in psychology and sociology and had language and communication studies as an elective.
