About
Account leadership and digital delivery director with over 18 years' experience across FMCG, telecoms, retail, and energy & lubricants brands — including Mondelēz, Philips, Verizon, Castrol, BP, and Vodacom.
A recurring thread across my career: I've been repeatedly brought in to onboard new business, stabilise complex accounts, and build teams and workflows from the ground up. I set up Vodacom Retail's onboarding into Ogilvy South Africa, rebuilt a critical regional account for Neo@Ogilvy's global Sage business, turned Hogarth's offshore Philips team into the UK office's trusted production partner, and onboarded Brand South Africa as a new client into Ogilvy One.
Most recently, as Business Director at Ogilvy One, I managed a R17m digital portfolio, led a team of two Group Account Directors across seven clients.
If you're looking for someone who builds trust quickly, brings order to complex accounts, and delivers under pressure, feel free to reach out.
Experience
Promoted back to Business Director by the National Managing Director and made permanent within Ogilvy One, taking on a R17m portfolio from 2025. Reported to the Deputy Managing Director, supervising two Group Account Directors across a seven-client portfolio.
Directed the Ogilvy One digital team (UX, UI, SEO, Data & Analytics, and Developers) for Mondelēz, managing the Cadbury Dairy Milk brand website to support consumer growth through 360° digital experiences.
Onboarded Brand South Africa as a new client into Ogilvy One and led cross-functional teams to deliver flagship nation-brand campaigns at major global forums, including WEF, G20, and Mining Indaba.
Built strong trust with the Ogilvy UK team on Verizon, scaling UI delivery across EMEA and APAC.
Directed digital channel operations for Castrol (SEO) and Tracker (Developer and SEO), strengthening search visibility and regional execution.
Paused formal employment after May 2026 to focus on selective advisory and portfolio work while preparing for the next full-time leadership role.
