Setting up work desktops/laptops for users.
Manage and monitor HDD/ SSD encryptions
Troubleshooting hardware components, replaces components.
Set up workstations in project areas for ongoing projects.
Ensure Conference rooms are ready for meetings.
Configure user mobile devices to receive emails.
Rebuild OS on laptops and desktops.
Install and Configure VPN software for home use.
Install and Configure software for Citrix Client Systems.
Office 365 setup for new and existing users.
Troubleshoot software issues.
Configure and add assets to company domain for new users.
Resolve and configure DNS issues for users.
Create user accounts and email addresses for users in AD.
Mailbox creation, add users to requested mailboxes in AD.
Asset management and control in AD –
Remove assets from Asset Registry that have been declared as damaged
Apply Group policy to user machines for new starters.
Communicate with 3rd party vendors when resolving printer issues.
Remote troubleshooting and resolving issues for users via Teamviewer.
Monitor and Resolve issues logged on FreshService ticket system by users within an SLA.
