- Ensure that the cargo is palletized and moved to the scanning area.
- Ensure that all general cargo and economy cargo are sorted out for delivery and scanned.
- Ensure that the client has completed all the required areas on the waybill.
- Ensure correct recording of weight and dimensions of all the cargo that was collected.
- Responsible for handling over the cargo to the Supervisor for scanning in.

- Driver's routes must always be planned according to areas.
- Try to always minimise fuel costs.
- Help drivers to reroute their schedule when there are changes.
- Provide the best delivery and collection service for the entire Alligator team.
- Driving when Warehouse Manager needs an extra driver.
- Informing customers of delivery and collection status when needed.
- All PODs must be attached to the invoices on Acumatica daily.
- All driver trip sheets must be filed according to dates.
- Check every single delivery note according to the delivery note by ticking each line.
- Assist Warehouse Manager to oversee the complete Picking and Packing process.
- Follow all instructions and requests from Warehouse Manager daily to complete all tasks set out for the day.
- Make sure all scheduled orders are QCed and ready for delivery/dispatch.
- Responsible for stocktaking bi-monthly and annually.
- All waybills must be filled out correctly according to the SO.
- Weights and Dimensions must be done accurately.
- Pods must be downloaded timeously and attached to the invoice on the system.
- All PODs must be attached to the invoice on Acumatica.
- Make sure the dispatch area always has sufficient space.
- Stock that is receipted in the Dispatch location and not going out must be transferred to the correct sales staff location.
- Assist Warehouse Manager to perform all tasks set out for the day.
- Manage branding dept.
- Planning and booking of all branding jobs.
- Make sure all branding jobs are complete before the due date.
- Allocate staff accordingly for specific jobs daily.
- Receiving PI via mails and sorting out branding procedures for that specific job.
- Sending Branding report to all relevant staff on a regular basis.
- Move staff around to assist sales staff to get their urgent branding jobs out in time while continuing to complete the planned jobs.
- Manage all dispatch bookings accordingly.
- Ordering of all branding materials e.g.: stickers, thinners, polishes etc.
- Manage the QC process according to the delivery date of the SOs.
- Manage all kit packing jobs e.g.: packing, labelling, cleaning, wrapping etc.
- Keep sales staff informed at all times on progress of their jobs.
- Set up all major jobs for the branding dept staff.
- Make sure all policies and procedures regarding branding are adhered too daily.
- Manage all urgent jobs with the best turnaround time and not compromising the quality of the job.
- Make sure all complete jobs are properly packed and marked for despatch.
- Report WIP daily.
- Make sure all machines are in top working condition at all times.
- Make sure machines are cleaned maintained every week.
- Make sure branding dept is always clean and tidy.
- Assist warehouse to complete major QC work in the branding dept.
- Manage and oversee all projects in the warehouse e.g.: Kit packing, Major QC and repairs of damages.
- Assist Warehouse Manager in all warehouse maintenance issues and help resolve problems the best way possible.
- Keep track of all packaging material that is been used in the warehouse make sure Warehouse Manager is informed before we run out of stock.
