I am a qualified and experienced IT Support Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in public and private sector industry, including law firms. Skilled in troubleshooting, installations and configuration of desktops, laptops, hardware and software. I am proficient in delivering very complex technical information. In addition, I am task oriented, results driven and a team player.
I have extensive experience an an IT Support Engineer working for both public and private sector. I have experience in providing technical support on Ubuntu, Mac and MS Windows environment including MS AD and Exchange. As well as MS applications like office 365 and previous versions of Ms Office suite.
Configuration of mobile devices including MDM. Configuration and support of different software and hardware. Configuration and support of document management systems, finance systems and biometric movement systems, among other applications.
I have good interpersonal and communication skills and I'm a good team player.
Currently studying Advanced diploma in Information Resource Management with Unisa and have National Diploma in IT: Support Services. I also have the following certificates:
ITIL v4 Foundation, ISTQB Foundation Level, CompTIA N+ and ComTIA Security+
