I would like to introduce myself as an enthusiastic and self-motivated, results-driven individual with extensive trouble shooting skills in the IT industry who enjoys meeting goals/targets with hands-on customer service and vast IT experience gained over the last +/- 28 years. I enjoy the challenge of keeping IT support standards above the clients and internal staff expectations, delivering an effective support allows the clients/staff to perform duties within their specific performance boundaries.
I am resourceful and proactive person who thinks on my feet, combined with my effective communications skills with extensive Information Technology knowhow within my current field allows me to identifying opportunities to deliver the required outcome for both users/clients and the company whilst working alone or as part of a larger team to deliver the required service.
Within an IT department I believe service delivery to the clients/users is a key role if not the most important key role. An IT department must strive to offer the best service and support to their clients/users enabling them to do their jobs to the best of their ability.
I enjoy participating in strategic decisions making and projects as I feel I can contribute in a positive manner to the company’s technological infrastructure using my enterprise architecture skills, project management and knowledge gained in my career to design and develop the necessary system to meet the company’s strategic goals.
As a Manager and Acting Director (for a period) I have gained the ability to motivate people while being flexible enough to adapt and embrace the individuals, dealing with their needs and challenges while encouraging them to work as per the performance goals set out by the company’s needs.
Reading the job description, I believe I am suitable candidate to fill this role. Regarding VOIP I have limited experience but there is nothing I cannot learn to support the needs of the clients.
