At Nokia, I was responsible for supporting national FTTH telecommunications rollout programs for Openserve, coordinating operational activities across Regional Project Managers, Program Management teams, subcontractors, warehouses, logistics providers, and field teams to support successful project delivery. My responsibilities included end-to-end supply chain coordination covering material planning, procurement support, distribution, transport logistics, inventory governance, reconciliation, returns management, and stock control across multiple project sites.
I developed and implemented material management processes and operational frameworks to improve standardization, traceability, accountability, and operational efficiency across national operations, while helping reduce material wastage through improved controls, reconciliation processes, and inventory governance. I supported infrastructure build readiness through forecasting, stock allocation, work-in-progress tracking, and coordination with operational and field teams. In addition, I managed KPI reporting, operational records, inventory traceability, and governance documentation to support reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and operational compliance.
My role also involved collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve execution efficiency, support delivery targets, optimize workflows, reduce material wastage, strengthen inventory accountability, and support operational cost and working capital management initiatives.
