I am a graduate with a City and Guilds International Hospitality Management Diploma who has had 9 years Hospitality Management training and completed placements at Fancourt Golf Estate, Gasparilla Inn and club, Sailfish Point, Wianno Club, and other 5 star establishments . I am looking for a challenge as a young hotelier to increase my knowledge, and experience something new. I strongly believe that my passion for hospitality makes me an ideal candidate for Food and Beverage and Guest Relations. As my resume indicates, I have worked in many different positions in the hotel industry to become better rounded and gain professional skills in the area management . I am a hard working individual that has received training in the hospitality industry through these past 9 years. I have regularly worked 40+ hours a week while still continuing with my studies. I also had the responsibility of training new employees. My goal is to find a position within the hospitality industry with opportunities for career progression. I enjoy working in this industry and look forward to contributing to any establishment in any way I can.
