I qualified as a pastry chef, and started my hospitality career as such, moving my way up to managing housekeeping, the restaurant, and currently Food and Beverage Manager. All establishments I have gained experience in, are 5 star establishments.
I have been in hospitality for 7 years, and foresee a long future in doing what I love.

Diploma in advanced patisserie, also having City and Guilds certification.
