I am working as a Facilities coordinator for the past 12 years. I work in a high risk and security environment with a massive Facility to maintain.

I have extensive knowledge and experience wrt reactive maintenance,preventative maintenance,prioritizing,sub contractors,capital expenditure,budget,stock levels,helpdesk,procurement,delegation,audits,investigations,cleaning,landscaping,wasre management,to name a few.

I have also compketed SAMTRAC and The Auditors couese rhrough NOSA and has been she rep for the past 12 years.

I am 100% computer literate and my verbal and written skills are excellent.
