I have worked as a catering/kitchen manager.abke to do admin work which includes the use of a computer,all paperwork,ordering stock,stock taking and supervising staff.l was also dealing with customers and managing all queries and complaints.l am a hands on person and would do be it cleaning and beggie prep.l also developed menus weekly.
