I am an innovative leader, operations manager and researcher in Data Science, AI/ML, Automation, KPI Dashboards with strong background in Finance, Statistics and Business Analysis.

I am an innovative and results-driven leader with extensive experience in driving growth through strategic implementation of Big Data, Machine Learning (ML), and automation. I have a proven track record in managing diverse teams and projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring data quality and compliance.

Currently, as the Head of STEM & IT at ORT SA, I design and execute business growth strategies within South Africa and beyond, manage stakeholder relationships, and direct nationwide STEM training programs. I have successfully integrated analytics and automation tools into operations to enhance efficiency and have led transformation and change management initiatives.

Previously, as a Technical & Project Manager at QuantPro Analytics, I planned and executed project roadmaps for Big Data, ML, and automation. I managed multidisciplinary teams, established data governance policies, and ensured projects aligned with business objectives.

At Eduvos, where I served as the Head of the Statistics Department, I provided strategic direction, developed curricula, and conducted performance evaluations. My efforts significantly improved the quality and relevance of learning materials and assessments.

My extensive experience, combined with a strong educational background and expertise in data science, ML, and automation, make me a highly competent professional capable of driving significant organizational growth and innovation.

I hold a Master of Management in Finance and Investment from the University of the Witwatersrand, an MBA from Mancosa, and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Midlands State University. My educational background is complemented by significant professional experience across various roles.
