I am computer literate, completed a 3 year diploma in IT Management. I work well with computers, repair them at times and am very comfortable with MS Office products. I have worked with different CRM's and means of communication within a workplace such as salesforce, slack, 8x8, Momentum telephonic system, zoom, skype, google voice, Teams, and other company specific applications.
