As a Junior security engineer student, I aspire to gain cyber security skills and knowledge to monitor , investigate , and respond to various threats and incidents that affect the company IT system and users. I hold a higher certificate in user support services from Damelin College which helped me develop foundation in information and customer service.
Previously I worked as an IT support at Nimbus where I installed , configured and maintained all desktop computers, laptops and peripherals in accordance with company policies. I strive to acquire multiple Microsoft certifications, such as Azure fundamentals and security, compliance to enhance my skills and knowledge in cloud computing and security. I am passionate about learning new technologies and staying updates with the latest trends and best practices in cyber security.

•Resolving Support Tickets logged by Clients
•Assisting with installations and setting up Honeywell/Chain-way/ CrossCall devices
•Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
•Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders when necessary
