While working in T-Systems South Africa as an intern & graduate intern I had the privilege of working within the Internal IT department focusing on our mission to “Challenge, innovate and Move forward”. My responsibilities were organizing security awareness Campaigns, Assist with governance for the internal IT service chain and assist with billing for internal IT (desktop and 3g). Within IT Service chain area, I have gained experience to liaise with clients Understand what is required and ensure that ITS OP meet the business requirement.
Overall, I’m person who always willing learn & master skills required to progress and Add value. Within a team and organization, I go the extra mile to achieve all tasks assigned to me. My time in ITGC I was charge of building their security operating Centre with tools such FortiSIEM, Tenable and checkpoint.
Working in security it grew my knowledge within the operation space.
