Good day,
My name is Keamogetse Diseko. I have good customer service and call centre experience. I have awesome communication skills, advanced Microsoft office and computer skills. I am good at working under pressure in teams.
I am working at JD Group as an IT Support Analyst logging and troubleshooting hardware and software maintenance calls for the users. I worked at Armscor as an IT Service Desk Agent troubleshooting the hardware and software maintenance calls for the users telephonically, using emails and remotely. Previously I worked for IBM as an Information Technology help desk agent and I logged software & hardware maintenance calls for the customers using Salesforce, followed up on the calls in order to give the update, called the customers and found out what the fault with the servers were and then put orders for faulty parts e.g hard drives. memory, tape drives.
I have code 8 driver’s license & a car. I have studied Comptia A+ and N+ and I have networking experience that I achieved when I was an IT technician at National Health Laboratory Services. At the moment I am studying Data Science with Regenesys Business School.
