Throughout my five years of employment at FG Telecoms, I have received high ratings from clients, and I have helped increase customer satisfaction with the team I work with. As the team leader, I manage two Support Engineers and seven onsite technicians, monitoring and ensuring that all SLAs are met accordingly. I am skilled in developing and building business relationships and ensuring clients receive the best possible service.

As a NOC Team Leader, my responsibilities include managing support and handling escalations from different levels from tier 1 to tier 3, to ensure continual process improvement within the NOC, I oversee the automation of tasks and reporting, as well as the implementation of enterprise-wide monitoring initiatives and routine administration tasks. I deliver comprehensive reports to management.

Furthermore, I possess advanced programming skills in LAN & WAN networks, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls/Anti-viruses, multi-WAN load-balancing, VM Wares, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Email Servers, Network mapping, IP Phones, VoIP & PBX, and other internet systems. I handle network issues with various ISPs, such as Vodacom, MTN, ECN, and Telkom, for LTE, Satellite, and Fiber. As a network architect, I design, develop, and deploy network systems, providing solutions and finding ways to reduce faults.
