Having worked in the IT industry for 7 years across a variety of industries, I have exceptional knowledge and understanding of fundemental IT concepts and have succesfully demonstrated my capabilities consistently allowing me to progress at a rapid pace.

I have worked with both Azure, and on Prem-AD. I have advanced experience in O365, with programming knowledge for Power Platform, I have also worked on advance reporting dashboards using PowerBi, Graphana, and PowerApps.
I have worked with G-Suite as well and have a relatively good understanding of Google SSO-integrations and Account Management.
I am currently employed at WNS Global Services as an IT Assistant manger running the Claremont Site with a team of 3 employees.
Before this I was working as an IT Support Analyst at DGC (Betway US), iVvy Venues & Bridgestone over the course of the last 5 years, during this time I absorbed a lot of information and efficient ways to approach certain situations making me stand out amongst my peers for exceptional performance.
I have a certificate in Data Science - programming in R.
I have completed my A+ in the past, but it has since expired, the core concepts still remin understood and in use daily.
