As a Studio Coordinator for ZaPOP. I organized and maintained the schedules of the studio team, which consisted of two audio engineers, two copywriters, and the studio administrator. I arranged all audio recordings and was actively involved in the quality control of all recordings. Furthermore, I was the liaison between the clients, the various inter-company teams, and the studio team. My average day included items like creating client reports, assisting the internal HelpDesk team with all queries, and I provided the IT team with guidance in creating a new scheduling control centre. This product is used by the entire Shoprite Checkers group for the scheduling of all their in-store content. I oversaw and managed this product from concept to creation, regularly scheduling content in stores throughout Southern Africa. I was also in charge of the studio team’s financials and was instrumental in creating an innovative new invoicing app.
I have five years of experience in leading a team, and I thrive on overcoming any challenges that might arise. I am skilled at prioritizing my time, and I’m fully proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
