× Preparing Professional Team and Contractors JBCC appointment documentation
× Preparation of multiple claims and submission to IPS and SPV for releasing funding money
× Verifying and presenting data to management for decision making
× Record keeping of multiple show houses, care centres and clubhouse asset inventories
× Effective project reporting, including accurate and efficient project document control and record management
× Construction guarantee applications and keeping insurance and PI policies up to date
× Basic construction management administration functions
× Assist project manager in all administration functions and processes
× Diary management, meeting agendas and minutes
× Preparation of applications for water, electrical connections and NHBRC
× General project and office administration duties
× Communication and follow up with the project team and stakeholders
× Managing of stats and reporting
× Managing of personnel documentation
× Setup of interviews and internal meetings
× Capturing and maintaining all activities in multiple registers
