Reception (2025-12)
I've attended classes and training of reception for three years. Through this, I gained experience in the hospitality industry as a front desk agent: welcoming guests, managing check-ins and creating itineraries based on guest interest.
Housekeeping (2025-12)
I also completed training in housekeeping. I learned how to clean and maintain spaces to high standards, how to identify and report any safety hazards.
