She is a professionally trained Culinary Arts graduate, Leigh-Ann shares healthy recipes on her social platforms aimed at displaying how easy and tasty it could be eating consciously. Leigh-Ann has had the honor to cook for dignitaries, she was the assistant chef and recipe developer for a local Best Seller Cookbook which she received accolades for.
She was the assistant chef, food stylist & consultant in another bestselling cookbook which has won a Gourmand World Cookbook Award, and has had the honor to cook for French Consulate bastille day celebration 2018 for 500 guests In her pursuit to be multifaceted in the culinary & hospitalIty industry which she is passionate about she took on the position as Maître d’hotel for His Excellency Aurélien Lechevallier Ambassador of France to South Africa. French cooking trained and now well equipped with more knowledge of official dining protocol , events coordinatimg.
